The menu has lots of variety. Every dish is delicious. You won't find better Chinese food anywhere in Ottawa.
Tony, the owner, Tony, is very friendly and focused on quality and service.
The food is superb. The atmosphere is very casual. The decor is very basic.
Good Selection of Chinese food, and good timing on delivery.
Prices are reasonable, and would recommend it as a delivery place.

I come from Vancouver and I had been running restaurant business before. Every time I come to visit my friend , Ho Ho Restaurant is my first choice to dine in. Sweet and sour soup, Cantonese sweet ,sour pork ,stuff eggplant and spring roll are so yummy. My friend he is vegetarian and the owner Tony would like to introduce me his new soya meat dishes to us, this is amazing and delicious . My friend and I enjoy it so much. So we decide to go again to try the other soya meat dishes next time.
¡°More than 30 years and going strong¡±
Our son just celebrated his 36th birthday and as we often have over the past 30 years, we went to Ho Ho's in west Ottawa to celebrate. It is such a wonderful place. It is cozy and welcoming and the food is always delicious. Aromatic pork with rich spices, hot and sour soup that's tangy without being overly hot, chop suey loaded with shrimp and barbeque pork, tender beef with perfectly cooked broccoli in a favourful sauce and the more traditional items like garlic spareribs are a small part of their extensive menu.
But it is the owner Tony Ho who has always made Ho Ho's special. He goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and when it is a special day, he will make balloon animals for the little ones (our grandchildren instead of our children now) and offer them specially made almond cookies. Serving a birthday cake you brought? No problem. Special menu requests? No problem. Nothing is too much trouble for Tony and his hardworking staff. We were there on a very busy Saturday and still did not have to wait very long for our food to arrive and the wait staff was attentive to all our needs, refilling water glasses, tea pots and beer glasses and so on.
Even though we now live an hour outside Ottawa, we will keep coming back to our favourite haunt.

My wife and I moved to the area a couple of years ago and had been looking for a good quality Chinese restaurant. From the outside, it doesn't look like a place we'd typically frequent. However, we really enjoyed the food. The decor inside is also dated, but clean. We will be returning and look forward to sampling additional menu items.
