Only authentic can taste what a different wow hot pot has made in Halifax. There used to be only one hotpot store in Halifax and price is so high. The buffet mode has presented a new way people eating this famous Chinese food. More food choice at a fairly reasonable price . I love their tomato broth most. Tomato works best for hotpot! I would also recommended is the pork belly, the fat part of meat could strengthen the taste of broth. This is a place i go twice a week. And i never regret doing that.
