1. Thai Style Papaya Salad: the best Papaya Salad I have eaten in Calgary. The green papaya is very crisp. The sauce made is delicious with sweet & sour flavour and slightly spicy. It is good appetizer for summer.

2. New York Beef Chop Suey With Crispy Noodle: The noodle is golden and crisp and dressed with sweet & sour sauce. Nice!

3. Dinner For Four: The wonton soup is very special. Doesn’t taste like mixed soup powder. Flavour is rich. Chicken Fried Rice is freshly made, and the spring rolls are crispy.

4. Dinner For Four: So many choices and everybody will be able to enjoy their favourite dishes in this meal deal.

Diced Chicken With Cashew Nuts: The vegetables are fresh and crisp. Chicken dices are tender and tasty. The cashew nut is golden and crisp.

Ginger Beef: The Ginger Beef of Fai's Chinese Food is the best one that I have tasted at all Chinese take-out restaurants in Calgary. The flavor of ginger is overflowing. The sweet, sour and spicy is perfectly matched. This dish worths high recommendation.
Beef & Broccoli: You can get more beef than any other take-out restaurants.
Beef Pad Thai: We doubt whether Chinese restaurant can make delicious Thai food, and this really surpasses our expectations. It is hard to find a restaurant with such delicious dishes.

With real mango fruit, this bubble tea really makes my day.
