I took my guests from Szechuan to this new joint. Very authentic chongqing noodles, even the kiddo was very happy with the non spicy choices. Good service. Highly recommended.
Super authentic and the food was delicious. Thought we were in the wrong place since the sign outside says Buddy with only a sticker in the window for Mahjong Noodle so keep that in mind when looking for the place.
We both had the N4 which is Chongqing style noodles with minced pork meat. I had mine medium hot which was plenty for me and the other hot which adds more chili oil. Both were fantastic. We also tried the Chinese pancakes which were also really good. The Sichuan cucumber salad however wasn't to our liking. Quite small for the price and far too much vinegar. Will be back to try more dishes.
The Chinese pancake is delicious, and the noodles were so good. The flavors were really well brought out. The portion of the noodle was perfect. Not too much, and not too little. I will be surely coming back.
The workers are very friendly and helpful with good suggestions for first timers. The pancakes are delicious and i ordered N07 which is good for those who can't handle spice. The noodles are great, it is enough to make you full but not overly much that it will go to waste. I will definitely be coming back :)
Perfectly flavoured bowl of chongqing noodles with a large portion and lots of toppings. Was just the right amount of spice - not too spicy. Definitely worth every dollar. Was very satisfied and will most certainly come back to try their other flavours. They also have many Chinese dishes you can order as well.
What delicious food they have, tastes amazing and just like back home where I come from Chongqing on top of that they have great service I highly recommend everyone go there to try it out. we are certain will be their regular guests.
Their food is so delicious and they also provide the best customer service they sure will see us there more often and I really do recommend to everyone to go there and try it out.

For the fellow spice lovers I highly recommend either the mahjong special with beef brisket or the braised pork noodle in the spicy soup. So tender, and so aromatic with the spices and herbs, I’m salivating just thinking about it 😂
I’ve been living in Chongqing for couple years, this is the best Chongqing noodle that I’ve ever tried in Edmonton. Strongly recommended the authentic Chongqing and Sichuan dessert - Ice Jelly, it’s so refreshing😋
So this was the first time that I have ever been to Mahjong Noodle Spot and I have to admit the food and service was amazing. They have a great menu but, my family and I did have difficulty deciding what we wanted as there was so many items that we want to try them all .
It should be one of the best noodle restaurant in the city . Highly recommend to come .
