Great food and service!
Brilliant food! The chicken balls actually have chicken in them! Yes the waitress with the blonde and black hair is brilliant, says she's going to be an RN, good going for her, she's a brilliant and friendly girl. Friendly service and no complaints over the food, some of the workers there I have a hard time understanding with the language barrier but everything smooth out and the restaurant put forth a brilliant dinner.

I've been to the Manshou formally known as the Mandarin several times since moving to North Bay. I must tell you the food is 5 star and the waitress, I will never remember her name, she has blonde and black hair is one of the best servers I've met in a long time. She goes the extra mile plus some to make the customer happy. Even on the busiest of nights when my husband and I have been there. Its great to see a kid who actually still puts effort into their work. Gave her a 10$ tip on a 30$ bill and would never regret it.
