作为重庆人觉得这家面真的还是挺接近重庆味道了。点了干溜豌杂和重庆辣牛肉面，味道都挺好，水面（碱面）是精髓，豌豆很耙，牛肉汤头浓，很重庆辣，爱吃，会一直去吃。
从西雅图每次来都要吃一碗 真的好棒！ 卤味也超级好吃！ 推荐！

Absolutely amazing Chongqing noodles!
This place is so good — authentic, comforting, and full of soul. You must try the Chongqing pickles (重庆泡菜) and the Eagle Tea (老鹰茶). They are not just side items, they are part of the real Chongqing experience.
What touched me most was the owner’s kindness. She was incredibly warm and generous, and even gifted me a bowl of Chongqing Eagle Tea leaves to take home. That simple gesture instantly brought back my childhood memories. Food like this doesn’t just fill your stomach — it connects you to your roots.

味道太正宗了，吃一口就知道是重庆的味道。一定要试重庆泡菜和老鹰茶，这是灵魂搭配，外面很少能吃到这么地道的。
老板人特别好、特别有人情味，还送了我一碗重庆老鹰茶叶带回家。那一瞬间真的让我想起了童年，太感动了。一定会再来，也会推荐给朋友。???????
Service is good, definitely not as bad as other people said. The Chongqing noodles are almost exactly like what I had in Chongqing, at least compared with other Chongqing noodles in Vancouver. I’ve been searching for this for years, and I finally found a place that’s 70%+ close to authentic. I chose medium spicy, and you can tell there isn’t much artificial spice/powder because my tongue recovered within a few seconds afterward.

We came for lunch today, and I thought it was very delicious — truly authentic Chongqing flavors. The staff were very warm and friendly, and the dishes came out faster than when the restaurant first opened. I really recommend everyone come and try it for yourselves. The restaurant is working hard, and their service and serving speed are improving.
