I had their kungpao chicken and it’s tasting SO GOOD. The taste is definitely not the food court fake Chinese kungpao but it’s the authentic Szechuan flavour, it’s a little sour sweet with Szechuan peppercorns and spices. Worth trying out if you’d like some real deal

Some of the best Sichuan food I've ever had in an unassuming location. I absolutely adored the fish, which was just the right flavor and soft texture. It's just the right level of spice (which is pretty spicy coming from the Midwest). The garlic pork chops were crispy and delicious. The green beans are flavored with pork and oh so tasty. I'm not so sure about vegetarian options. I would definitely return!
Fantastic authentic Szechuan food at reasonable prices and portions. I'll definitely be back here for spicy food cravings.

What's another word for authentic? Szechuan. The bold spicy flavor in the cumin mutton hit me like a storm of deliciousness. Lunch was delightful and the food kept me wanting more even though my belly kept yelling "we're full!"
This is probably one of the most genuinely Szechuan restaurants that can be found in Western Canada (or so I am told). A fully packed restaurant boasts further to their exceptional taste and cozy ambiance.
This place is a hidden gem, a hole-in-the-wall, a must try. Warning, be prepared to eat spicy

进门还是蛮热情的
坐下嬢嬢就说有凉面还以为分量很小结果上来一大盘
一份凉面胃口小的绝对够两个人吃
点了泡椒腰花 夫妻肺片 酸菜黑鱼
总体来说都很好吃
凉面绝对推荐酸甜口有点点麻
然后泡脚腰花和夫妻肺片有点油
但是味道正宗 跟我在老家吃到的那种没得啥子好大差别的
酸菜鱼29超级大份下面是粉丝打底
鱼片口感肯定不如你直接抱着鱼啃的新鲜但是还是相当可以了
我们两个人吃撑了还打包了4个盒子
总之分量杠杠的

Here’s my check-in at Chuan Tian Xia today. It opens at 11:30 AM.
The staff was very welcoming when we entered.
We were seated and the server mentioned they had cold noodles. I thought the portion would be small, but it turned out to be a large plate. One serving of cold noodles is definitely enough for two people with smaller appetites
We ordered pickled pepper pork kidney, spicy beef and tripe slices, and pickled cabbage black fish.
Overall, everything was delicious. The cold noodles are highly recommended;
they have a sweet, sour, and slightly numbing taste.
The pickled pepper pork kidney and spicy beef and tripe slices were a bit oily, but the flavors were authentic, just like back home
.The pickled cabbage fish was 29 for a huge portion with vermicelli noodles at the bottom.
The fish slices might not be as fresh as if you were eating a whole fish, but they were still quite good.
We were stuffed and even had to pack four boxes to take home.
In conclusion, the portions are generous. Four dishes cost just over 70 RMB, making it a great value for money.

The most authentic chongqing resturants in town, and that's coming from my mom and grandma who is from the region :) Their specialty spicy fried beef (特色小牛肉) is super good and has a cumin taste, the spicy port intestine (辣子肥肠) is also really good!
是一个小店，地方不大，味道很好。点了水煮鱼和宫保鸡丁，真的很好吃，尤其是宫保鸡丁（光顾吃没拍照），很多年没吃到这个味道了。上菜会稍微慢点。
I've been to so many restaurants that offer Sichuan Cuisine in Calgary and I believe they are one of the best Sichuan restaurants in here. Every single dish is so authentic, not too spicy, not too salty, everthing is just about the right taste. We are a five people family and usually we would ask for 2 jars of rice to go with five dishes and we always leave the place with great satisfaction. The boss is also very nice who would always try to fulfill your needs. Highly recommended！

卡城难得口味正宗的川菜馆👍🏻夫妻俩四川人，老板转业川菜大厨，人非常nice。夫妻肺片没有垫菜都是肉肉，味道有国内荣先生内味儿了；鱼香肉丝没有配菜也全是肉肉，没有这边的猪腥味，调味酸甜可口。肥肠是有嚼劲的那种，虽然我喜欢卤的更软烂一些的，但是处理的很干净，细嚼也完全没有异味，是可以接受的。全部菜品菜量大，价格较其它中餐馆略低，重要的是辣度够！辣度够！辣度够！重要的事说三遍！😭她真是我哭死！久违了！吃不了辣的老板还可以根据个人调节甚至做不辣的也很好吃，属实贴心了。朋友们可以冲[呲牙]
Very athletic Szechuan food. Best in town for sure on my side, service can be improved, and because the place just too old, you need to accept it before you go.
餐馆有一点点小，但是除了周末平时人不太多。菜做的很好吃，比较香辣，应该是没怎么改良。

我觉得很不错诶，真的挺好吃的，第一次去就是最后一道菜上的比较慢，但是第二次去就好很多！我打算把所有菜都尝过来哈哈（第一个人评论的啥玩意儿，要是觉得我是拖，我就要骂你的母了呦哈哈哈哈）
The food is fabulous. Good portion with very reasonable price. Service is okay considering the servers are the kids of thr family. It is a family run restaurant so the seating is pretty limited too, better call in early to reserve, otherwise you'd be waiting for a while.
