I don't know how authentic this place is because it's the first noodle house I've been to. But I can say it was really good. Went with a 3 on the heat scale, and probably should've chosen a 2. Tried the handmade noodle with pork, stretched noodle with beef, and pork & mushroom dumplimgs. The dumplings were awesome. Both noodle dishes were really good. The handmade noodles retained heat very well, and we're chewy in a good way. They gave a good amount of beef with the stretched noodles. It's a lot of food for the price. I usually don't have leftovers.

Wonderful variety of noodles and meat. Love the dumplings. Different levels of spicy, none to spicy. Curteous and friendly servers. Great prices, great serving size, ready in 20-30 minutes. Love this place.

This place is amazing, awesome noodle + veggies to broth rations. Plus the meat is spicy but not too spicy, you can order different levels of heat, I'm a wimp so i went with mild. The dumplings are perfect and honestly probably the best I've had in the states. Place is a gem, does get busy and a small location, but be patient its worth it!!!

Small menu because they know what they do well and focus on it. The best noodles I have ever had and under 10 bucks for more than you could ever hope to eat. Amazing.

This is an authentic Chinese noodle shop from their food to their basic ambience. Their noodles, dumplings, and buns are homemade. The flavors they use are pretty authentic. This is not your usual Americanized (Westernized) version of Chinese noodles. I recommend you order no spicy as it dulls the taste. I am a heavy spicy eater and their normal medium spice was very hot so eater be ware. My son and I loved the food and experience. One more thing, it is small so it gets busy. Nevertheless, it's worth the wait.

I've tried different noodle places around town, but this one is the best, hands down! The hand-made noodles with beef/medium spicy are my favorite. Give this place a try...you won't regret it!

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are when Chinese pork buns with spicy cabbage are served. The filling is hearty and warm without being too spicy. You can get a bun the size of your fist for a dollar, and a couple to take home if you're lucky / early enough.

Authentic Mainland Chinese hand made thick noodles with bold broths and variety of meats to choose from, including lamb. They have hand made dumplings and mantou buns as well.

Food is authentic. Their handmade noodles and dumplings are delicious! Everything is fresh and made in house which makes this restaurant really stand out. Service is also great!

The menu is simplistic, the quality of the food is amazing. I'm appreciate places that believe in quality over quantity.
