This place is AMAZING. A HIDDEN GEM
The lamb is super tender and filled with flavor. The cumin compliments lamb perfectly.
The fried noodles are to die for. I love spicy so it was amazing. You can request to make it less spicy if you prefer.
The steam dumplings (manti) are filled with onion and are suuper juicy.
The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Feels super welcoming and kind of feels like home
One of the best Xinjiang Restaurant in Canada, and personally the best in Montreal! That kabab and fried rice is worth trying!!
The lamb food there is fantastic. I love their dry fried noodles and their lamb skewers
One of the best uyghur restaurants in Montreal, their big plate chicken and dingding noodles and lamb kaobaozi are sooo delicious
Great experience. Price and quantity ratio very friendly. It's definitely a place to try a different chinese food from the one we used to know. Lamb bbq is a must. Be prepared to eat spicy. Definitely recommend it.
Authentic north-western Chinese restaurant. Meade sure you call in advance to reserve your order. They may run out of the good stuff very fast.
Order the big plate chicken, it was good. The stir fried noodle is good too. Cold noodle is ok, the flavor is more northwestern than the cold noodles in Xi’an.
Amazing food ! Very tasty and lots of interesting spices like cumin. We love the lamp brochette, the pastas and the cut pastas ! Can't wait to try the breads and the chicken
Really good combination of flavours and textures in this Uyghur dish.
I would go back and have some more and try the other dishes they have.
Highly recommend you try this chicken dish with their homemade noodles. It was our first time trying a Uyghur dish and it didn’t disappoint!
this may be my favorite restaurant, it’s so good. friendly staff. the sauces are amazing, meats are very nice, great noodles.. i look forward to eating here again and trying more options.. 10/10.

每次来必点 大盘鸡 羊肉串 羊汤 丁丁炒面. 上火也得吃太绝了简直 柜台里的提拉米苏味道也是很好的 朋友每次从渥太华来必点吃这家！
没赶着饭点去 上菜特别快 大盘鸡里的每一块土豆都炖的很入味 盘子地下的手工面蘸了汤以后也变得巨好吃
一开始冲着手抓饭和大盘鸡去的 去了才知道手抓饭 烤包子这类的只有周五周六有 真的是吃了一口就开始计划下一次什么时候再去的店
I got the beef dry noodles and the lamb skewers. They were both so good. The seasoning is very cumin-based, so smooth + well balanced. I'll be back for for the noodles and to try other items ??
Great taste of the cold noodles 凉皮, and I love the lamb skewers! Cumin mixed with paprika spices, perfect ;) and for those folks who has Halal diet, this is a halal restaurant that can satisfied you !
It's been quite a long time since I have eaten at a restaurant and eaten something so wholesome and tasty. We ordered the bbq lamb, the da pan ji (big chicken plate), and the lamb soup with naan on the side. Of all the dishes it was the lamb soup that really captured my soul. It felt like eating a dish made with care by a grandmother. Pure comfort. Please support this restaurant. They are producing great food!
The first experience here was more than awesome. We were amazed by their portion sizes.
We'd ordered Lamb Kebab, Cumin Lamb, Special Leghman (Lamb), Chicken Plate, Dry Fried Noodles (Beef) & their special Naan.
Each and every item tasted individually different and great. The spice level was to our satisfaction and everything was prepared fresh.
The owner informed us that this is their first day of re-opening after COVID-19 close down since March 2020 and so we had the honor to be one of their first customers today.
We were also presented with their traditional tea after food, to make the experience wholesome.
Would definitely recommend this place and return again if visit back Montreal. Two thumbs up !
Nice ambience and dishes focused on western Chinese cuisines, which is a mix of Arab and chineses dishes. Surprising and tasteful, I think this is a very interesting fusion of so different cultures. Price and portion sizes are pretty good too
Amazing family restaurant! The flavors are like nothing I've tried before. Is it chinese? Middle eastern? North african? Turkish? ... more like a mix of all of these. The menu is limited but everything is excellent. They even makes their own noodles and their own bread in a tandoor. It's in the middle of nowhere but so good its worth the trip!
What a rare and fantastic restaurant. The food is out of this world. The combination of Asian and middle Eastern spices danced with full flavours in our mouths. Thank you to my MeetUp foodies having joined me tonight. This place deserves a definite repeat performance.
First time. Impressed fresh food and simply delicious. Nothing over the top, the goodness speaks for itself.
I had the lamb cumin and cucumber salad.
