loved the look of the chicken with eggs as a dessert!

Oh hot damn, dim sum worth every cent! The pieces are HUGE (and I mean huge for dim sum, no lie), flavorful & delicious. Glad we came here when out in the Markham area.
You will never find har gow filled w/ large pieces of shrimp (about 5 per piece) in NYC. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. [Insert drool emoji].
Do expect a wait. But trust me, it's worth the wait. So worth the wa

Dragon Boat blows all of Boston's dim sum places out of the water. I've never had such large ha gow or tender rice noodle rolls since dim sum in Zhuhai, China! If people think Dragon Boat is in decline then I don't recommend dim sum in Boston, it will only disappoint.
Based on Yelp reviews and also my aunt's recommendation, Dragon Boat gets busy fast. People line up before it opens to secure a table and at 8:55AM on a Friday there were 20 people in line already.
Weekdays before 11AM, S/M/L dishes are only $3.68!
*Steamed pork bun - soft and fluffy bun, not a lot of filling
*Steamed shrimp dumpling in soup - tender shrimp dumplings in a light soup, two bowls with three dumplings each
*Steamed beef tendon in Chou Hou sauce - super tender tendon
*Steamed rice roll with fried dough - topped with dried bonito, so good
*Avocado and eel rice roll - tender, flavorful, I'd eat this over an eel/avocado sushi roll
*Steamed salty egg yolk bun - perfectly melt in your mough goodness
*Ha gow - one dumpling is the equivalent of three in Boston, tender juicy shrimp
The interior is beautiful. The chair covers are clean! You'll find super dirty chair covers in dim sum places in Boston. Beautiful ceiling adornments and overall thumbs up on the cleanliness. Service is terrific. We never had to ask someone to fill our teapots with hot water or remove empty plates.
Dragon Boat has a limited number of parking spots in front of the restaurant dictated by its unit number. They no longer allow customers to park in numbered spots below but to park in non-numbered spots in the main lot. To enter the plaza it's a one way street so make an immediate left turn and stay on your left after turning on to York Blvd.
They no longer serve the fried taro with quail egg pastry. So sad.

I didn't realize how amazing Dragon Boat until the meal was complete.
It was pretty busy for a Sunday morning, but we arrived at nearly 11am to avoid the lunch crowd, so we were seated after only a brief wait. After about an hour, we could see the line packed against the door/entrance, so we knew we made the best decision not to take our time waking up that morning.
FYI, tea costs money. Needed to get that out of the way so I remember for next time. You pay for tea per seat, not an overall cost for a pot of tea. So make sure to drink up.
There is free WiFi (password is on the menu, also is the restaurant's phone number) but since there are so many people using it, it's very spotty and not reliable.
Literally everything we ordered was amazing:
MUST ORDER:
Baked BBQ Pork Bun Pastry (天下第一包)
Steamed Shrimp Dumplings (蝦餃)
Siu Mai(燒賣)
Egg Yolk Cream Bun (黃金流沙包)
Turnip Cake (蘿蔔糕)
Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll (蝦腸粉)
We also ordered:
Steamed Chicken Feet (蒸鳳瓜)
Steamed Bean Curd Sheet Roll (鮮竹葰卷)
While the last two items we ordered were tasty, I don't prefer those dishes in general. Just can't get over the fact that I'm eating chicken feet. The MUST ORDER dishes are so different and delicious, unlike any dim sum dishes I've ever had. I don't even usually enjoy radish cakes but they were sweet and tasted strongly of radishes, especially with the chunks of radish evenly spread throughout. Even something as simple as the shrimp rice noodle was fresh and light. The plating is also unique with much better attention to detail than I've ever seen at a dim sum restaurant.
Overall, I was super impressed - even though there was no WiFi and it was super busy, the food quality and presentation was enough for me. While I hate being charged for tea, it wasn't expensive enough for me to overly complain. While the food overall isn't super cheap, you are paying for the presentation and quality for sure!

This upscale restaurant is a bit pricey for dim sum, but is worth every penny! Being a native Hong Kong citizen, dim sum is my favorite type of food. Their crab and shrimp steamed dumping is made fresh, with high quality seafood. Also try their durian bake puff... Mouth watering. A must goto for dim sum. Btw, their service is excellent.

We are visiting from NY for the long weekend and we came to this restaurant because of a YouTube review. We were thoroughly impressed with the food, quality and taste. The service was decent too. The price is a little more pricey than other dimsum places but overall definitely worth it because the food is much better than any dim sum place I've gone to.
There was a 15-20 min wait but if you go with a bigger group (we had 7 people) it's actually faster to get a table than to go with a small group (1-4 people).
The food is ordered by marking a piece of paper but there are nice photos on the menu and the items were properly translated to English.
The food itself was definitely Instagram worthy and very delicious and fresh. Lots of variety. The roast pork rice roll, fried rough rice roll, crispy egg fried noodle Cantonese style, and shui Mai was definitely the best. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back again next time. Two thumbs up!

Yum!
Came here around 11 am and the wait was about 45 mins. There is a free parking lot, remember your license plate number. They ask you to enter the plate number on an iPad in the restaurant to confirm free parking. The iPad is located behind the hostess stand. It was definitely packed inside, the day we visited. This is usually a good indication that the food will be awesome.
Place your name and the number of people in your party with the hostess. She will give you a number and when your table is ready, your number is called out. Their menu is quite extensive and you can write on it. Once you have checked which dishes you want and the quantity, hand your menu to your server. The dim sum dishes arrive to your table fresh!
We enjoyed every single dish. It was all seasoned well and the consistency was on point. Their servings are very generous too, we had plenty leftover. The jasmine tea was aromatic and smooth. Service is friendly, quick, and attentive enough. It was a full house in here, so your patience will be tested. Though the wait may have taken some time, this place was well worth it.
We will definitely be back!

Dragon Boat Fusion Cuisine is probably my favourite restaurant in Toronto right now.  It is conveniently located in the heart of Richmond Hill and is part of a new wave of upscale Chinese restaurants that are nicely decorated, clean and feature well prepared dishes.  Of that wave, I think Dragon Boat has the best decor and food.  I simply love their chandeliers and brightly lit decor.  I also find their dim sum is excellent.  I've had dinner here too and it can get pricey which is really to bad caused I'd eat here more when I'm visiting Toronto.  Anyways, I just think Dragon Boat Fusion really hits the mark.

Definitely the BEST DIM SUM ever! Good quality at a really great price.
Must orders: steam egg yolk bun and BBQ Pork.
The xiao mai and har gow are huge! We went in here looking for a feast for 5, but with the portion sizes, we came out with a feast for 10! So good at a really great price. Best dim sum ever!

I had some visitors coming over and I wanted to play the tour guide in Toronto, given that I lived in this city for some time.
Had trouble finding a good dim sum restaurant on a Sunday morning at 8.30 am, I enquired in the area and suddenly got surrounded by a couple of people, not related to each other, who both very enthusiastically recommended  the Dragon Boat Fusion restaurant.
There I was and no trouble finding the place, as to my total surprise, there were at least 40 lining up waiting for the restaurant to open at 9 am.  So intrigued that I had to follow suit.
We managed to get in easily as the place was massive.   This lineup was not just about the decor, or about all tables being covered with bright white table cloth and glittering chinaware.
Service was very fast, food presentation was a delight, and when coming time for tasting, every one of the dishes was just heavenly good.
Lots of free parking is a big plus.
Well worth the wait! And some.

Holy moly, 9am on a Fri and ppl were jumping out of cars to get tables... And driving in the one way street! A staff had to direct cars and then once settled, we picked from a menu, didn't realize how big the portions were, the dishes kept coming and we had so much leftover. I did enjoy it (was still full from the night before) and ate some the next morning too! Haha...

Love this dim sum place!  We came here super early to avoid the line ups but it was so worth it!  We ordered the usual staples of dim sum. Har gow, char siu bao, siu mai, and duck feet, tripe, etc. And I can tell you that the portions are MASSIVE!!   The taste is phenomenal and you can tell why there is ALWAYS a line up.
The price is typical upscale dim sum and it wont break  your bank.  The yelp reviews brought me here and I will be coming back for sure.  Everything is so fresh and delicious!

Came here for dim sum, it was the longest line up I have seen for dim sum. However, the food was worth the wait. Some we're presented differently than others, with great creativity. Price is slightly above average, but it is definitely worth it. But be there early if you want a spot right away, otherwise the wait would be long

Cheaper between 9-11am, but well worth the price for the food you get. The thing that really stands out about this restaurant for me is the presentation of the food. Every piece of food, is artfully presented (like what you'd find in a Michelin Star or recommended restaurant), but the prices are lower and therefore the lines are also longer.
The food not only looks good, but tastes great as well -- this is evident in both their sweet and savory dishes. The shrimp dumpling has a nice large shrimp on top of it for presentation as well as large pieces of shrimp inside as well. The baked chicken pastry looks like a beautiful straw chicken with mango and almond pudding inside the eggs. A must try item if you visit. The shrimp ball with almond is a perfect mix of sweet and savory, crispy and bouncy meat -- great contrast of both flavors and textures.
Great place to get pictures to wow your friends with awesome presentation, but also a great restaurant overall which pays attention to both the flavors and textures of the food.
