the lineups of hon's' heyday are long gone-but it was still a full house this past sunday evening. there was a marked improvement in the quality of the food compared to previous visits which was a pleasant surprise. hopefully it lasts.

 The service is quite pleasant, right to the point and usually quick. The ambiance is really in the sights of everyone from dates to families with children totally enjoying the food.
..Update/FYI Vegetarians: Aug,11 Looks as if they have updated their menu, which makes sense as they have had the same one for a very lengthy time, but the Dinner Combo for 2 no longer has the Vegetarian choices. It was so much fun to go out and have this with the dessert and everything.  They have added some interesting lunch combos.

Very good Chinese food.
The food is best at Hon's when eaten freshly made and in the restaurant. Their wonton soup is a classic and should be mandatory for any first time visitor. Fast efficient service and great choice, its better to be in a large group in order to be able to try more dishes. Can be a bit noisy so its a good idea not to seat next to the kitchen. Great place to take the kids.
