Introduction of the restaurant:
I had gotten over-fixated on the "cashew nut chicken" (which combines the obvious ingredients with red bell peppers, other veggies, and those dangerous little red chili peppers)...
So, my loose rule is to pick dishes based on random selection. (The menu has near enough to 60 items that the second hand on my watch is often a suffi-ciently close approximation to "random" for this.) I haven't had any big disappointments :-).
I often take out; when dining in, I usually have one of the lemon and chicken/shrimp soups, which make nice starters.
