Introduction of the restaurant:

This restaurant, ... actually this location has been around for years (the restaurant was called, The Boss Taste of Asian Restaurant) but recently has been taken over by a new owner and now serves Xi'an style chinese food.

However, what really matters is the food... and I must say, for this style of food in Edmonton, it's really very good! My wife is from Xi'an so she knows what's authentic... We ordered two apps and two main dish. A cold noodle dish, a pulled pork sandwich (Xi'an style of course), "Sliced" noodles with stewed beef, and "Wide" noodles with ground pork. I have to admit my words don't do it justice... but I've added pictures that my wife took so hopefully those will speak a thousand words! Again, for a tiny place in a city like Edmonton, the food is really authentic and very good! We will definitely return to this restaurant again...

At the end of it, those four dishes came out to about $35... very reasonable. The main dishes have big portions so if you don't eat a lot, such as my wife, then you'll be doggy bagging it. =)
