lemongrass is a tall course grass grown in Thailand with aunique taste and smell. Lemongrass, prepared as an aromatic tea served in our restaurant, is traditionally used as a general tonic for numerous conditions, including colds, gastrointestinal disorders, fever, nervous conditions and vascular disorder.It also is used to give unique flavors to the many Thai dishes to which it is added. Phenomental among these are the rich and exquisite taste of Thai hot and sour soups.
