Really good noodles. Worth for us to drive 1500+km to eat the noodle. Liangpi is so good. 非常好吃的拉面。没有一点科技与狠活。可以放心冲。凉皮超好吃。不枉费我们开车一千五百公里来吃这一口。

Tender, hand pulled noodles with the perfect amount of bite. Portions are generous and you can hear the chef pulling the fresh noodles with each order. The restaurant was well lit and had a surprising amount of seating space.
I had the regular hand pulled beef noodles and they were very authentic. Looking forward to trying the other dishes next time. Friendly staff and a very comforting meal overall.
Freshly hand made noodles are really tasty with perfect crispness. You can choose between various noodle thicknesses. Beef soups have nice full bodied flavour with nice seasonings. Pickled cabbage beef is excellent and portions are generous. The spring rolls are a nice appetizer… crispy but fairly average in taste.
I ordered the braised beef and the wife got the classic w pickled cabbage.
My bowl was good but I highly recommend the Classic(regular)w extra Cabbage and add extra beef.

Tried the beef and pickled cabbage noodle soup. It really hit the spot as I was craving hearty soup after a long flight. Good portion and friendly staff!
J'ai essayé cet endroit pour la première fois en novembre. Je ne l'avais jamais remarqué avant. L'édifice est magnifique, la salle à manger est très lumineuse, très spacieuse et très propre. Les employées nous accueillent très chaleureusement. Et surtout : la nourriture servie est excellente! J'ai essayé la soupe au boeuf braisé, la soupe à la moutarde marinée, les zhajiangmian, les biangbiang mian et la salade de concombre épicée. Petit bonus : les plats de nouilles sèches viennent tous avec un petit bol de bouillon de b?uf pour se rincer le palais. Tout est absolument délicieux! C'est mon resto préféré pour le lunch les journées où je travaille sur place.

This was our first time at this restaurant and it will certainly not be our last!
It surpassed all my expectations I had. The food was delicious, the atmosphere, vibe and environment was so pretty and we felt very comfortable and welcoming right when we entered.
The 2 plates of cold noodles that we ordered were so good and I have to say they were the best cold noodles I’ve ever tasted compared to the restaurants that we tried in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec.
The sauce was just so good and delicious that we were about to order more plates of it but we were too full in the end.
We will certainly be back!!
Happy that we have one more hand-pulled noodle shop in Ottawa! I had the braised beef noodle (紅燒牛肉麵). The beef was cooked to my liking, soft enough to chew and not mushy. There were cuts from the plate and shank. Very flavourful. Hubby had the regular beef noodle (蘭州牛肉麵) and he liked it too. The noodle was freshly pulled before cooking.
Ambience was good too. The shop was bright and clean and the seating was comfortable.
Our first time here and all 3 dishes we ordered were delicious - Beef brisket noodle soup, Cold noodle salad with chicken & Steamed chicken in chili sauce. It was just the right amount of spiciness for me. Service was good. Will definitely be back to try the other dishes!
Ate there yesterday on opening day. Don’t confuse the 3 month old reviews with the place that is there now. This is a new place, new ownership, new staff, newly renovated inside, a different restaurant.
All I can say is WOW! Food was so good. Went with a group of 6 friends and we were all raving about how awesome this place was.
The chef made fresh noodles right in front of you. The waiter was hilarious and such a breath of fresh air. We loved his attitude and honesty.

??????The noodles are handmade, and you can actually see the process through the glass window. There are different types of noodles to choose from, and the flavors are exceptional. The cold dishes are also worth a try, especially the spicy beef tendon, which has a rich flavor and a chewy texture. The pickled radish is also very crispy and not too spicy or salty, making it a perfect accompaniment to the noodles. This restaurant serves authentic Lanzhou-style noodles, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a genuine Chinese food experience.

Overall food is good, not the best I've had but definitely on par with its competitors in Ottawa (you know who they are). Not too oily or spicy, with just the right amount of heartiness in the broth. Somewhat salty, so try not to drink the entire soup. Decent portion size if you get the Large.

I think Meet Noodle has the best in store hand made noodles in town. There are six different thickness of noodles to choose from that each offer different dining experiences. I picked the three Xi and it went very well with my beef and pickled cabbage soup. Furthermore, the savoury favours from a broth that has been cooked for 8 hours really places this restaurant into a foodies top choice.
Hand pulled beef noodle is so good!! So tender and flavourful. You can see them make the noodle fresh. The crepe is also freshly made to order and really food. Atmosphere is very casual.
You need to come here for the braised beef noodle. The best we had in Ottawa. We got the Er Xi noodle and the thickness was perfect. This is a new staple for us!! We also got the shredded potato and the cucumber salad which were good, but we had better. The soup was the main show!!
Tried this place while visiting a friend in Ottawa. Watching the cook make the noodles was a really cool experience. He made it look so easy!!

Just tried this place out for dinner and it's now my go to hand pulled noodle place. Had the Classic Beef Noodle, Braised Beef Noodle, their summer special Korean Hand Pulled Cold Noodle and the Spicy and Sour Shredded Potato. All dishes were super delicious and the broth was sooo flavorful. Can't wait to go back and try some of the other noodle dishes and appy's. Enjoy.

At first I was a little sad that Asian Bistro was closed when I showed up there, but after trying out the braised beef noodle soup, I am very happy that I tried it out. It was delicious! The freshly made noodles that the chef makes in front of you is soft and tasty with the soup. I asked for a non spicy soup, but it was still a little spicy for me, so if you like spicy noodle soups this place is for you. The braised beef was so good!
Also had a chrysanthemum tea and it was very soothing. Will definitely go there again and will probably bring the family too!
Absolute 10/10, I had so much food left over that the server went and gave me some extra soup so I could have a whole second meal later.

The noodles I ordered was so good! The server was also kind and attentive even when she was working alone.
I highly recommend this spot. Authentic Chinese food. The hand pulled noodles are a must try. They even have a patio!!! The portions were decent and had leftovers for the next day. Can’t wait to come back and try other items on the menu.
If you’re looking for noodles, look no further! We were craving noodles and stumbled upon Meet Noodle - we were not disappointed! Although the menu is fairly small, their food is delicious! Both of us got the braised beef noodle and you get to choose your noodle size! We went with the thickest noodle possible and these freshly hand-pulled noodles were SO tasty. It was also pretty fascinating to watch the noodles being pulled as we waited for our food.

Meet noodles is a newly opened noodle restaurant. Noodles can be thick or thin, reasonable price and large portions. I love the type of noodles they make, especially chili chicken and cold noodles. Staff are friendly.

Super cute restaurant with super fast and friendly service! Would highly recommend if you love ramen/noodles and need a quick bite to eat. Portions are also huge so you very well might have leftovers for the next day! The braised beef noodle was super delicious and great for a cold day in the city.

We took a bowl of noodles, eggs, and tomatoes. The eggs were light, the sauce a bit sour and excellent. My wife took a delicious soup noodles, vegetables, cilantro and beed excellent as well. The broth is excellent with many flavours. Very good place.

This restaurant provides delicious noodles and other Chinese food. Price is very affordable and service is excellent. You shall not miss this place!
Very modern decor. Food is amazing for Ottawa and I highly recommend the liangpi if you’ve never had it before. It’s a vegan cold noodle salad dish from north western China. The beef noodles are great and authentic too, but I usually prefer the hui style broth which I’ve only found in Toronto and Montreal.
This is my first time ordering from Meet Noodle, and I ordered the spicy sliced beef and the chilli dry noodles among other sides. It was so delicious and I devoured everything before I could take pictures. Can’t wait to try out other dishes! I see reviews about their food causing stomach issues in some customers. I’m so far ok but will update if disaster strikes

What a pleasant surprise! When a small Chinese noodle shop opens up, I have the highest expectation on the noodle quality. And you can tell it's top notch hand made excellently chewy good stuff. The broth is great, brisket is nice, but the black bean sauce is amazing! The menu is short and simple but I've yet to find anything to complaint. The portion and price is on par with other noodle houses, if not a bit smaller, but it's very much worth it. Parking can be challenging but the place is clean and service is very friendly, and it's small and compact, but doesn't feel overly crowded. It was a busy night but food came out in minutes, so that's another plus. Overall, definitely will come back for seconds!
August 2023: came for quick lunch. Our noodles were stretched and pulled as we ordered. Plates served within minutes. These guys are magical.
Second visit, I thoroughly enjoyed my food on both visits. Cold noodle salad is perfectly seasoned and perfect on a hot summer day. Beef with pickled cabbage soup is just perfect in so many ways. The acidity and crunch of the pickled veg perfectly complements the supple noodles and fatty brisket. So, so good.
Came here for dinner and got the hand pulled noodles with pork & bean sauce. The dish was fantastic, and the soup, while simple, was quite flavorful. The portion size on it was good as well.
The service was excellent and the food came out so fast, and a small but nice touch is their water is infused with lemon.
