In last 2 years, as the increase of Asian population in Fraser Valley area, we have been constantly creating cuisine catering Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Southeast Asian customers' tastes.
Simplest but tasty, less is more. The specialties are the expressions of strenuous effort of Empire Garden Chinese Restaurant in search of excellence.
Empire Garden Marinated Special Chicken, with the pursuit of excellence and perfectness, has achieved the best combination of color (golden yellow), aroma (good smell), appearance (appetite brought) and taste (smooth and tender) by the steps from selecting cage free chickens that raised free of formula feed in Vancouver locally, to marinating by secret sources made from multiple spices, to cooking in several sequences precisely. Many customers broke into exclamation that, after tasting it in chilli paste with garlic which made a perfect match, chicken can be so tasty.
Sweet Sour Boneless Pork is well-known among local westerners. Our chef has been improving, attempting and innovating in last 18 years and made it be ¡°sour but not puckery, sweet but not bitter, crisp but not loose, fragrant but not greasy, gorgeous in color and crystal in look¡±.
