I personally like their restaurant a lot and they have my favorite beef noodle soup. Anyone who likes to try authentic Chinese noodle soup should go to this restaurant.
Dear Yelpers who love ramen and pho, you are in for a treat!
MR.J Hand-Pulled Noodles offers a variety of different noodle sizes and thicknesses for you to choose from. Their noodles are made fresh out of their kitchen, very different from the usual noodles that you get in Asian restaurants that are usually made in a noodle/pasta machine. I tried the spicy cabbage slaw appetizer and the classic thick noodle soup and both were delicious.
Being a small but popular restaurant, it is understandable that food may take 20 - 40 minutes to be served. Their staff was patient and helpful and answered all of my questions.
I drove over an hour to try Mr.J Hand-Pulled Noodles when I heard about them and boy, was it worth the trip. When you first go into the restaurant, you place your order with the serve in the front and you pay for your meal ahead of time. There is a TV screen with the different sizes and styles of noodles you can request which makes it easier to order. Then you can sit wherever you find seating availability. While the wait time was a bit long, it is completely reasonable as the noodles are made from scratch and will take time. You get to experience and hear traditional old school Asian songs which fit their atmosphere perfectly. The noodles were fantastic and I wish there were more in the dish! It felt like there were more vegetables than noodles in the dish. Overall, I definitely plan to come back and try their different flavors and noodle cuts! Definitely check out this hidden gem!
Finally made it here to give it a try. It was worth the wait!
We almost didn't find it the sign on the building says Crabs and Wings.
Cute little place. Very clean. You can tell everything is brand new. I love that they had an Asian cooking show on one of the tv's.
It was fun to get a peak in the kitchen to see the noodles being made. Just two of us for lunch and we ordered way to much food but great leftovers.
We each ordered Mr J's hand pulled noodle soup. I got mine spicy my mom had mild. I added a tea egg. I ordered the thin noodles and my mom did the regular. Both where amazing. We also order dumplings and the pickled cabbage.
All of it was great. Can't wait to return.
Amazing, just amazing. If you are foodie (and / or noodle lover), Mr J's is a must visit. Service is friendly and warm. Menu is a problem because we wanted everything. From first bite of the Original Noodle bowl, it was obvious that Mr J is a master of his craft. 5 Stars.
Friendly service and delicious hand-pulled noodles, made fresh to order! I got the spicy version of Mr. J's hand-pulled noodle soup with #7 sized noodles. The broth was fragrant, sliced beef was super tender, and the noodles were bouncy. It was filling without being too heavy. Can't wait to come back and try it with other sizes of noodles.

You need these noooooooooodds!!! I've only had hand-pulled noodles in NYC and Miami, so when I saw this spot opened -- I couldn't wait until I was in Orlando again to try. We had Mr. J's Hand-Pulled w thick noodles, and stir fry w flat noodles--noodles are pulled and made to order. The food was so fresh and full of flavor. The broth was similar in flavor to pho. If you like spicy, add the chili oil for a nice kick. Very filling meal, the noodles make all the difference. Can't wait to come back.

Noodles were chewy and tender at the same time. Dumplings were flavorful and had a great dipping sauce. Wings were super crispy
We were headed to a nursery in Ocoee and decided to give this place a try. So glad we did! My husband and I both had the beef noodle soup. The broth is incredibly rich and aromatic with all the Chinese spices and the noodles perfectly al dente. (I had the thicker hand pulled noodles). It was topped with a nice helping of tender beef slices, more than enough to make it a filling meal. I had the cold jasmine tea which complemented the flavors perfectly. Next time I want to try the curry broth!
