Reviews:

We very much wanted to dine here we found out they didn’t do reservations. We waited on the waitlist Friday night dinner service. They said 45 minutes but did their best to make the time go quicker. They even came out to keep face time. Very appreciative.
Well, man am I glad we waited.
The food was exquisite, every bite more delicious than the first.
The dumplings were delicious, the soup dumplings were even better. The soup, beef a noodles were perfect The rice was fragrant and delicious.
The staff were amazing. Every last one couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant.
Needless to say our experience was a dream and we can’t wait to come back.

Chicken and corn pan fried dumplings, veggie pan fried dumplings and a few other things. Opted out of getting dessert but everything else was very good.

很舒服的用餐環境,窗明几淨,服務人員非常機靈,服務效率高,餐點十分美味,很開心臨時起意走進來用餐,是十分愉悅的用餐體驗!

Food was amazing! I really enjoyed:
Pan friend thumplings
Xiao soup bun
Red Sea chili wontons
Would deff go again!!! Great service.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and I must say that the food is fantastic, service is wonderful, and has great decor. The food is quite authentic and tastes just like I would get from my favorite places in Chinatown.

Another great place. We are no meat everything and it was delicious.

Good food.... a upscale take on traditional dim sum food.. the house made dumplings were great.

Went here for the first time last night and was blown away by how flavorful everything was. We got the Pork soup buns, pork and chive pan fried dumplings, BBQ pork buns and the Duck fried rice. We originally wanted to Pan fried pork buns but they ran out so maybe come early if you want that! But all in all very flavorful and delicious - will definitely make this a regular spot.

Ps: I love dumplings and have been to many acclaimed locations in the city (Din Tai Fung is overrated in my opinion) and this is definitely a matchup against one of my favorite, Blue Willow in Midtown.

Nana’s is our Favorite Place for our Family. Your always greeted with a warm, Friendly Smile. The Food is always consistently tasty.
John our Server is Amazing , Always kind, great smile and provides Excellent Customer Care..
John goes above and beyond to provide the best experience at Nana’s We also had the pleasure of meeting the Owner Nana, who is Gracious and maintains a friendly atmosphere, providing the highest level of customer care.
We’re lucky to live in Town and frequent Nan’s often.

I just arrived back from Hong Kong and was not ready to let the flavors go. I tried Nana's for the first time and I have now ordered three times this week There is no comparison to the quality and authenticity of the food at any other restaurant I've come across locally. I recommend the traditional wonton soup with noodles, the udon with chicken and the spring rolls. I recommend you start with this if you're trying for the first time!

Good food. Excellent service and excellent atmosphere.

The service was great here.  Staff were very friendly and quick.  The bar has a great selection of mixed drinks and beer.  The duck roast spring rolls were amazing though!!

Great food, excellent wait staff couldn’t ask for better. Even though the dim sum is limited, it is so fresh. Better thank anything I have had in a very long time. Chicken feet, duck bao, soup dumplings, beef noodle soup, shrimp sui mai so delicious. Run here.

The perfect spot to gather with friends or loved ones over a memorable meal. Every dish was served fresh from delicate dumplings to flavorful family-style plates made for sharing. Our server, John, was outstanding. He was warm, knowledgeable, and intuitive. He guided us through the menu, recommended dishes that turned out to be absolutely excellent. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, making the experience both satisfying and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to savor delicious food while creating special moments with family and friends.

Very satisfied with the meal. The Xiao long soup bun and the shrimp and pork dumplings were very flavorful and juicy.
The pancake was nice and flaky with the perfect filling and sauce accompanying it
The beef soup was also pretty good and not overly salty unlike other places where I have previously had something similar and pleasantly homely if I dare at.
Ambience was pretty good as well with the place not getting too loud and the decor was unique and tastefully done.
We had a waiting of about 20 mins for a party of 3 on a Thursday evening
Would definitely come back to try new stuff and also have the speciality beef noodle soup again.

I had read the reviews which praised the restaurant so had to try it out for myself. Around 1pm the restaurant was busy. Being alone i took a seat at the bar. Emily the bartender was so helpful explaining the food on the menu and I'm so glad she did. She recommended i start with the pork shrimp dim sum which i had steamed. There were 6 delicious pieces and it was alot of food. I relished them and finished them all. Could not try anymore dishes. There is alot of food per plate and Emily recommended to add to the menu as you go along enjoying. It's more family style portions.
Emily said weekends are very busy but lunch during the week is lighter.
You won't be disappointed enjoy all the delights the restaurant offers. Also say hi to Emily. She will treat you so special. She's great!

Just had lunch here, was extremely well made and delicious! Great authentic Chinese flavors.

Really fun and great Asian offerings! We tried a lot off of the menu and it was all good. The decor is also very nice and fresh. Service was top notch. This will now become a regular "go-to" for me.

Great food and atmosphere, highly recommend!

The food is amazing over here. The service needs to be worked on. Overall it was an amazing dinner.

Walked in, slid onto a bar stool, and instantly knew I was in good hands. The bartender? Sharp, fun, and mixing cocktails like it was an art form — informative without being overbearing, and every drink was a hit. The open kitchen is pure theater: dumpling masters folding and pinching with the kind of precision that makes you stop mid-conversation just to watch. The food? Absolute perfection, every dumpling felt like it was crafted just for me. Drinks, service, food… all in sync, all on point. Nana’s doesn’t just hit the spot — it owns it.

Loved everything about this place! Just a heads-up: they don’t take reservations — it’s walk-ins only — so be prepared to wait if you come during peak hours. We were lucky to arrive right before it got packed.

We loved this restaurant! The food was spectacular. The service was memorable. Our server bridget took care of all our needs and made us feel like we had been coming to this restaurant for years and years despite it being our first time. We laughed, we cried, we had delicious dim sum. Don’t pay in cash, it gets confusing. But maybe that was my fault. We love Bridget!!!!!

Exceptionally high quality food and great service. I highly recommend this.

Pretty close to what we order st Chinatown, NYC enjoyed the quality fresh made dumplings.

We can’t wait to come back. Angelina was one of the best servers we have ever had. She was so attentive and patient. She truly made our night! So sweet. Thank you, Angelina!

I was very impressed with my overall experience at Nana's. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient and the vibe was great. Only slight negative for me was the Tiki Time cocktail was off-balance- a little too sweet for me. Looking forward to going back!

We are dim sum lovers, and this dim sum was across the board excellent! Standouts were the pan fried pork dumplings and the har gow crystal shrimp dumplings. Also love the dumpling roulette that lets you sample 6 kinds of dumplings. But honestly everything was delicious and tasted just like it’s supposed to. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, and you can see into the kitchen where the staff is rolling out the dough and making dumplings, so you know they are fresh hand made and not frozen. Highly recommended!

Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumpling in Scarsdale is a gem. The shrimp & pork shu mai, chili wontons, and truffle soup buns were standouts — full of flavor and beautifully made. The truffle buns especially were next-level. Xiao Long Bao had a light, savory broth that hit the spot, and the chive & pork dumplings were classic and comforting.

Service was super friendly, the space is chic and modern, and we loved the thoughtful touches: sauces already on the table, pen on table for check signing. So many other din sum and dumpling dishes to try on our return visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Went for lunch and there was plenty of parking. I didn't have to wait for a table at all. The staff was friendly and attentive and answered any questions I had. The decor and ambiance was warm and low lit with very interesting Chinese style paper lamps adorning each table. I ordered the Dumpling Roulette which had one of each of their offered dumplings. I would recommend this to get the variety. The har gow and shumai dim sum are well done staples. The standout item was the roasted duck spring roll which you must try. It was delicious. Highly recommended location.
