fish was great,the personalized card with my name was a nice touch and made it feel more thoughtful. honestly if i didn't randomly come across them i probably would've never known they existed. the storefront is really low-key.feels like a true hidden gem.
The food was excellent and the quality of the fish really stood out. Every piece tasted incredibly fresh , with clean flavors and great texture! You can tell a lot of care goes into selecting and preparing the ingredients. Definitely one of the better omakase experiences I've had and I'll be coming back again.
Ki is the kind of place bringing me back. Fish always fresh and excellent. The staff and chef team is friendly.every visit feels welcoming fun and memorable . Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food and fun omakase.

Love this omakase set! Pure delicious and it seems very thought out for each piece. They also served some different fishes that I haven't tried before. The rice is really important to me in my omakase experience. I was extremely impressed with the rice quality and the seasoning. The uni was good quality that was from Japan. It was super creamy and sweet. Also they used fresh wasabi .

The sushi was exceptionally fresh, with several pieces that practically melted in my mouth. You can really taste the quality and attention to detail in every bite. The chef was warm and engaging, which added a personal element to the dining experience, and the service was just as impressive. Our server was incredibly attentive and refilled our drinks before we even had to ask.

Omakase was high quality and very delicious. Omakase includes 4 appetizers, 11 negri, 1 maki and a matcha crème brûlée dessert which I especially liked! Ambiance was great and attentive service.
Ki was truly an incredible omakase experience from start to finish! The food and service was exceptional with an emphasis on fresh, balanced flavors. We got the set menu which was comprised of 4 appetizers, 11 nigiri, handroll, and dessert (the most beautiful and delicate matcha served like a lily pad). The menu rotates since the ingredients are so freshly sourced. Some highlights for me were the kampachi, hotatagai, Botan ebi, king salmon (dry aged in house for 1 week!), bluefin toro, and wagyu. Would 1000% recommend and come back again. They also personalize the menu to your name and several parties were celebrating occasions and birthdays and it was so heartwarming the care and attention that was put into every part of this restaurant experience.
Everything about the places, fun and pleasant. Coast was humorous and fun and made us feel very comfortable from the get go. Chef was amazing. The whole experience was great like visiting an old friend's house. Nice decorations. Pricey drinks.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Friendly relaxed atmosphere. Food was unique, fresh and beautifully presented. Loved each presentation. The only small critique is the dessert the day we went was not the best for my taste. Matcha crème brûlée was a little loose. Price, reasonable. Not having to go to the city for Omakase is a bonus. Parking in the back.

Wonderful experience!! The workers are so friendly, and the owner came to greet us. We were celebrating something, so they printed out custom cards that congratulated me. The experience was tailored and the staff answered questions eagerly about the dishes we were served. All the interactions were top-tier and the food was very delicious and high-quality. Presentation was super as well.
Absolutely amazing sushi restaurant. The quality is outstanding, the service is warm and attentive, and the beautiful new space makes the whole experience feel special. It truly feels like Manhattan Michelin star quality right here. Highly recommend.

Had a really nice omakase experience here. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it a great place to bring friends. It works well whether you're coming with a small group or a bigger group.
The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and they really try to understand your preferences so the experience feels more personal.
The price is also very fair -- not too expensive, but not super cheap either. It feels just right for the quality you get. The sashimi is fresh and you can really taste the quality. Definitely feels worth the price.
Overall, a really enjoyable dinner spot. I'd definitely come back again and would recommend it to friends.
Ki Omakase gets an 11/10 stars. The staff was beyond friendly and very attentive. I felt like I was around old friends. The food was absolutely incredible. Every single thing I ate was super fresh and delicious. There were foods I had that I normally don't enjoy, but I very much enjoyed at Ki Omakase. The only bad thing was that the experience ended. If I could stay here forever, I would! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

第一次来 Ki Omakase，本来没抱太大期待，结果真的被惊艳到了。
食材非常新鲜，每一道都吃得出来品质很好，尤其几贯握寿司让我印象特别深刻。Chef 会介绍当天的食材，也会和客人互动，不会有那种很拘谨的感觉。
最喜欢的是这里的气氛，很轻松、很舒服。Staff 都很友善，也很照顾客人，让人感觉不像在一家高高在上的 Omakase 店，而是在一个很有温度的地方吃饭。
看得出来整个团队都很用心，不只是把食物做好，而是真的希望客人能够享受整个过程。
If you don't like traveling to the city or even Astoria or LIC like me - then this is a great alternative. Great omakase spot right here in Queens. Little bit on the pricey end but definitely worth it. 4 apps with 11 pieces of nigiri and handroll and to top it off - dessert. Props to the staff - shoutout to Harry and Matty.
여기진짜 미쳤음 뉴욕이랑 일본 한국오마카세 꽤여러곳 다녀봤는데 여기만큼 스시한점한점 맛있으면서 예쁘고 개성있는 곳은 처음임 여긴 상큼하고 새콤한맛을 되게 절묘하게 잘써서 질릴틈이없음 같이시킨 칵테일도 좋았고 쉐프님들 장갑도 매번 갈아끼우시는것도 너무마음에듬 부디 이 맛변하지않고 오래오래 있었으면 좋겠음..
I’ve been booking ki omakase throughout the whole month with different groups of friends, and every single one of them loved it . The staff’s vibe is amazing - they made us feel so comfortable and genuinely happy the entire time. For my birthday, the whole team even sang for me, which made the experience extra special. They’re not stiff or overly formal at all, but the quality of food is seriously top- tier - honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Great energy great people and incredible food. Definitely come back and highly recommended.
