Took over a taste of above. Waitress was nice. Ordered pan fried minced pork green beans, braised beef, and beef chow fun (dry). I really liked the green beans and chow fun. Had good wok flavor. Also servings were quite big (at least eating in person). I will definitely be back. On a Sunday night, we were the only table eating in. There were a few take out orders. Inside is clean and minimal. A bit quite when the TV wasn't going. Plenty of parking, although spots are narrower.
Super nice waitresses. Super pleasant and helpful. We've had the fried rice, ribeye steak, curry beef stew, garlic green beans, and pot stickers. Everything was above average to above average with the ribeye steak and curry beef stew top of the list. The ambiance is exactly what you'd expect for a Little Cafe. Clean, bright, with about I'm guessing 5 tables that can seat 4 or 5 people each. Nice to have in our neighborhood. I'm giving it 4 stars for the food, plus one for service and the convenience of it being so close to my house. Give it a try.
Tonight & 1 week ago ordered takeout. First time was chicken fried rice (I added some sweet & sour) & tonight was asparagus beef over rice. Enjoyed both these dishes. They included a small container of Corn Egg Drop Soup & it was yummy. Good service. Nice & clean little dining room. I'm glad Little Cafe is in the Pocket!
Great little cafe in Greenhaven area. I stop in for lunch if Iam working in the area. They hace some breakfast specials with a drink I have not tried yet. A nice small cafe with a simple vibe.
I came here with my mom and grandmother for some Chinese food on Easter Sunday. A lot of people go to restaurants for breakfast on Easter so I wanted to go to a place that didn't have a lot of people showing up.
This restaurant has been open for 3 months now and we came in right when they opened to get brunch. We met the owner, who was very nice to give us some info on how they make their food.
I forgot to take pics before my family and I started eating our food. The food is very good and is 10/10. My favorite dish was the beef chow fun with gravy. My mom wanted the Singapore style rice noodle and is my least favorite since I don't really like spicier types of foods. In my opinion, the green bean dish was very good but it was a little too salty.
The restaurant opens at 10 am. Anyone from Sacramento needs to try this place which is near the bel air on Rush River in the pocket Greenhaven area if you are looking for Chinese food that is great in portions.
Tried Little Cafe for the first time and am very impressed. Had the braised beef with noodles, mapo tofu, and the stuffed French toast. All were so flavorful. Can't wait to go back to try other dishes .
I recently tried this great little cafe in the Pocket-Greenhaven area and was pleasantly surprised. Basically, it's well-prepared food at customer-friendly prices. The 1st visit my wife and I had hot and sour soup with chicken chow mein - delicious. The 2nd visit I tried the beef curry noodle soup - great! We returned for the hot and sour soup and chicken chow mein. I've also tried the chef special Kung Pao chicken. I've liked everything, and the staff there is very pleasant. I'll be returning soon for more.
I never thought I would be so excited about a veggie egg roll but here I am! I have had my fair share and NEVER have I had one that I thought rivals my main meal. Not only was the inside creamy and had a tasty veggie filling, but the wrapper was thin and delicately crispy. OUTSTANDING! I also tried the hot & sour soup which was incredibly good as well. The icing on the cake is that the pricing is so affordable when compared to any other comparable restaurants around. I'm going to go back and try more. I love supporting local businesses - I'll be adding this one to the list!
Fresh and tasty food, with generous serving sizes. We had a huge bowl of egg drop soup, crispy noodles with shrimp, a latte, and panda milk tea for $35 after tax.
The soup was very fresh and tasty. The noodle dish included a generous amount of shrimp, and perfectly cooked bok choy, broccoli, and carrots. Service was friendly and prompt. We will definitely be back!

An absolute hidden gem!! We ordered Hot & Sour Soup, Veggie Egg Roll, Salt & Pepper Tofu, Hot Pepper Chicken and Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken. The Hot & Sour Soup was outstanding! Absolutely delicious! A must have and will definitely order again and again!! Freshly made, piping hot when served , full of tasty mushrooms, bamboo shoots, tofu and pork. recommended item!!!
The salt and pepper tofu was perfectly cooked and complimented the tasty Pineapple fried rice with chicken.
We inhaled the soup, rice and the tofu and barely had room for the Egg rolls and Hot Pepper chicken ( perfectly cooked) with crunchy peppers- delicious; which we packed and took home to enjoy later.
This little cafe blew our minds with outstanding, perfectly prepared food with phenomenal customer service. Thank you for the delicious meal. Will return for more soon!!!!
Delicious food and large portions for reasonable prices?! I wasn't sure what to expect from this place, but a sit down, family style Hong Kong restaurant wasn't it! The milk tea was delicious without being disgustingly sweet, and the potstickers, spaghetti, and green beans were all fantastic. The kitchen isn't as fast as some people might like, but all the food was piping hot served to the table, so we were quite happy.
I came in while they're soft opening, the food was amazing and delicious. The service is great, everything is clean. I don't know why the prices of these amazing foods are low, compared with the price-quantity ratio. Everything is perfect but I just have to wait little bit longer for the meal, which is reasonable because they're soft opening.
Quality is good. Food is fresh. Good spot for quick breakfast. Price is very good comparing to quantity.
