Reviews:

Regarding the taste, you can't get more authentic than this place. I came here twice in 24 hours, tried about ten dishes, and every single one of them was damn impeccable.
Servers are nice but you can tell things are a bit rusty because they are new, which should get better as they become more established. Whenever they make a mistake, they always fix it properly and make sure you are satisfied.
Finally, the price for Manhattan is unbelievable. Twice we came in hungry and left full, on about $15 per person after tax and tips. I expect this place to be packed soon so try before that happens.

Even though this restaurant has only been open for about a month, I've already been here four times! When they first opened, they had a counter in the back where you could order, and since then, they've gotten rid of the counter and transformed into more of a sit-down restaurant (although you can still order takeout at the front).
I looooove the food here, especially the scallion noodles with oil. My other favorite dishes are the pork soup dumplings and wonton soup. I've also had bubble tea here, which was also good! The staff is super attentive and on my most recent visit, they gave us free soup dumplings and wonton, as well as 20% off the bill since they're so new.
For lunch, there are two lunch set options--one for $13.95 and one for $15.95 where you get to pick dim sum/noodles/fried rice. If you're not into that, you can get something from the a la carte menu. The prices are reasonable in my opinion for the food, and I think they have a pretty extensive menu. Will definitely be coming back many more times!

Nice location, very good food! Would definitely come back again. We liked everything that we ordered especially the crispy yellow croaker roll! So good!

Cute place for authentic Chinese home style dishes - soup dumplings, beef noodles, and many other small plates. Food is good!! The server is really nice. We came during the grand opening and one most expensive dish was free!

I happened to be around the area and decided to give a shot of the place.  I tried the lunch set menu which includes wonton soup, fried rice and scallion oil noodle. All of them exceed my expectations and actually really good. Servers were friendly, and I'm not sure whether it was owner or manager but he was very polite, friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back.

I walked in today and saw that today is 3 Times' grand opening. I ordered chicken and mushroom fried rice, noodles & beef soup (it was REALLY GOOD), and a southern pork bun. I would say by far it's my favorite Chinese restaurant in NYC, i would definitely come back here.

Walk by this place and decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint me at all!! The soup dumplings are amazing, and so are the other dishes. So far my fav is the beef noodle soup, which is perfect for this cold weather! BTW they are doing a soft opening now and offer 20% off of total bill plus one free soup dumplings! Will definitely come back again.

Pork dumplings and the scallion noodles were to die for! I just kept eating haha! Great service and amazing food! Highly recommend!

Excited to try a healthy, freshly prepared and authentic Chinese place, our table ordered an array of things and honestly can't wait to go back for more. The highlights this time were definitely the steamed seafood wontons with fresh seafood -including scallop!-and a savory beef noodle soup that almost makes you glad that it's winter. After living in Asia for several years, it's always nice to find something with red bean here in nyc and recommend the red bean buns to anyone looking for something mildly sweet or a new item to try. 3 Times has a large menu to satisfy anyone in the group (with veggie and vegan options as well) but don't be wary of the extensive menu, the waitstaff are ready with recommendations if you want them! Or stay in your comfort zone and get an order or two of soup dumplings ...because what's not to like there!?

Walk by this restaurant and get attracted by the warm interior. They are doing a soft opening with tasting. The food is great. Will come back when they formally open

I just tried this place for the first time and thought they had really good soup dumplings. You can see them making them in the back. Very delicious! Great service and a nice space. Will be back and appreciate their hospitality with a great soup dumpling and entree special!

This place is amazing! Service is top notch, food is delicious and price is so reasonable we spent about $50 between 3 people for dinner and they gave us fuzzy socks when we checked out  I wouldn't definitely come back if I'm in this area of town again

Great service, I like their pork soup dumplings and pork buns, really tasty! Will definitely recommend my friends

This restaurant just opened and is very pleasant. It has a great selection of soup dumplings, wontons, buns, as well as fried dumplings and steamed dumplings. It was really fun to eat in and the food was terrific. The service was lovely also. They don't have a liquor license but they were ok with us bringing our own wine, and as they've just opened they're still offering 20% off and the first order of pork soup dumplings for free. I would definitely recommend taking advantage of this new restaurant's opening specials. I will go back even at full price

They were doing a soft opening-- delicious appetizers (scallion pancakes and red bean balls)! Will return once officially open.
