Came here for the first time today but considering the price, especially in NYC, the deal was great. The AYCE hotpot was great and the unlimited dessert/soda as well! Our server Hao was very attentive and nice.

锅底：整体汤底味道特别浓，菜品都限入味，很好吃（zoey）

上海小笼包很好吃 点心都很好吃 火锅吃起来很香 吃了还想吃 价格还蛮便宜的，公司团建下次还选这里 zoey很热情，都是笑眯眯的，让人看了心情就好，而且动作很快

A very memorable experience for me and my family. The environment was so relaxing, beautiful and photogenic. Wonderful place to take your date, friends and family. The food is high quality and fresh. It's all you can eat hot-pot and if you get the hot-pot all dim sum is 1.99. The price of 40 dollars a person was absolutely worth it. The service was wonderful. A server by the name of Andrew had given us amazing service. I will definitely be going back.
I came here for dinner with a friend and we ate so we'll :) you can order however much meat you want and things like veggies/fish balls/noodles are on the side for you to grab. The quality was great.
Our server Hao was really kind and attentive - my hot pot bowl was never lacking broth and I never had to chase down for a refill.

This place is new and wonderful! They include AYCD sodas too and there’s so many options to choose from! Hao took care of us he’s the best!

Really high quality for AYCE hotpot! Broths taste homemade (clean tasting broth that’s not too salty) and they offer more expensive ingredients like snakehead fish fillets and soybean rolls that other hotpot places usually charge extra for. Dimsum is discounted to $1.99 per dish and was freshly fried to order. Drinks and desserts are included as part of the AYCE hotpot and the desserts were surprisingly high quality especially their milk pudding which is super creamy and smooth! Service was attentive and our waiter was very friendly! Highly recommended!

Delicious food and the servers are awesome! It was my first time eating hot pot and they explained everything and gave recommendations. You really get a lot for your money. Definitely recommend!!!
Coming from Chicago, wanting to enjoy some hotpot in NYC on a rainy day, Easy Joy/AYCE was the best option we could've picked. Not only were the staff friendly, helpful, and attentive, the broths and quality of ingredients were top tier as well.
I also enjoyed how the hostess helped us take a picture of a Narubu party! I definitely made sure to leave the biggest tip I could! ??
Our server Olivia was super! The food was fresh and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely coming back. My new favorite hot pot place
The absolute best. Be sure to sit in Olivia’s area. Legend. Food, soups, meats, veggies, sauces, desserts - all super good. They have aprons too!
Good selection of hotpot ingredients, the meat was good quality especially the fatty beef and beef tongue. There’s still some room for more veggies, but overall a good hotpot/dimsum place.

Olivia was one of the best hostesses we’ve had in NYC during this trip. And my friends and I enjoyed the shu mai, black truffle dumpling, shrimp rice roll and broccoli in oyster sauce. I had the rose pudding which was light and creamy and lightly sweet. My friend had the matcha mousse which she described as perfect - lightly sweet and creamy. Which was much like my other friend’s description of their crème br?lée. A perfect ending to a nearly perfect trip

The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly — everything from the dim sum to the hot pot ingredients was top quality. The variety was impressive, and it was clear the restaurant takes pride in both presentation and taste.
Olivia was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
