The beef noodle soup is the must have. The broth is flavorful, noodles are good, but most importantly the beef is super tender and delicious.
Service is a bit slow and it takes a bit for the food to come out. I would recommend coming at an off hour
Newly opened restaurant still in its opening phase. This restaurant is right on route 27 with plenty of parking in the back. We had a group of 10 which was easily accommodated with comfortable seating. The restaurant is called noodle house but it's only a small part of what they offer. My favorite dishes are their spicy Szechuan dishes like the sliced fish in hot chili sauce, and the cumin sliced fish with dry pepper. The spicy chili with beef noodle is absolutely awesome btw! We finished it forgetting to take a picture. The owner is cute and friendly just like her cartoon caricature.
Big portion. Expansive noodles. Fabulous food. Decent price.

Edison Noodle House recently moved to their new location (bigger now!), but I have been a loyal customer even when they were in the old, smaller location down the street. This restaurant is my go-to place when I crave classic Taiwanese Beef Noodles, because the portion size is really big and gets me super full, while having a low price. It is a staple at the restaurant and there is always ample amounts of beef and noodles in it to fill you up, along with the delicious broth!
Great food and service, easy to find and on route 27s inEdison, plenary of parking in the back of the establishment. Very family oriented and friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend coming here for the noodles. A plus.

Without a doubt...this place has the best Taiwanese style beef noodle soup in Edison. You won't be disappointed!
Just ate here. Food was great. Everything was so fresh. Fish is hard to make properly so you know if it is poor quality. In their case it was awesome.

Don't mix it with another Edison noodle house, which is one block away and under remodeling now. My friend recommended beef crew noodle, which I was a little disappointed. However, I still give 5 stars here because the dishes here reminds me old school times.
Best place for Taiwanese style Chinese food. Much better than your typical Chinese take out place.
This is one of my favorite cozy family type dining place in Edison area. Choice of simple yet delicious dishes that we will never be tired of.

Perfect restaurant for a winter day. The ambiance has a lot of wood, is very cozy, humble, and even has a noodle bar. It feels very home-cooked. Very vegetarian friendly as well.
Ordered three dishes and two lacked salt - which was actually very pleasant. The vegetarian chicken is served cold with minimal sauce and scallions so you can really taste the mock meat. Vegetarian Noodle Soup is the perfect cure for a cold - plenty of veggies, not too much salt, big portion. Not exactly layers of mind-blowing flavor but it's a humble dish that I see myself coming back for. The Shanghai Rice Cakes had much more flavor but was not too greasy or salty as well. Again, large portion with lots of veggies.
It's a good restaurant in Edison - I can see myself becoming a regular here!
Tried them out for the first time yesterday. Everything was great. Friendly staff. Huge portions considering the cheap prices. But the flavor of the beef noodle soup was amazing. Can't wait to go back again.
