太好吃了!!!!!
吃第一口就惊艳不已，竟然在美国吃到这么道地的鸳鸯锅，服务人员非常友善，很值得来！我们是现场候位，排了一个小时左右，也许可以试试提早订位看看！
环境餐具食物都很干净讲究。火锅汤底非常正宗，且干净清爽。停车免费，我们去了才知道。
2月24用餐结束忘记发了！西雅图最带派最好吃！火锅很爽歪歪😘😘😘😘😘

Absolutely amazing! My husband and just I went for a date night, he had never had hotpot, and the waiter was so nice and explained all the foods and options. The food was sooooo good. We had spicy beef oil and bone broth with lamb, brisket, udon noodles, bok choy, enoki mushrooms, and dumplings. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The sauce bar was fun, making your own concoctions, and had extra goodies like cucumber salad, oranges, and desserts. I was really impressed with all the little extras they have when you come in: hair ties for long hair, aprons, phone bag, glasses wipes, clothes spray, and other items you might need dining there. 10/10 dinner date experience. Only drawback is that now I'm soooo full!

The food was delicious and came out quickly. The sauce bar was an additional charge but SO worth it. We got the half pork belly and half beef ring, with the spicy beef chili oil and pork bone broth and it was VERY flavorful. I went there to celebrate my parents' birthday and our server Jacky made it an extra enjoyable occasion! and everything was set as such a good price, Will definitely be coming again❤️
Good service and good food. The garnish/ sauce bar is clean and neat. Food are fresh and the base of the soup is good. We have the spicy and mushroom hot pot. Meat is good. Try frozen tofu in spicy soup base, yummy!

This is top of my list of favorites for hotpot that is not ayce. You get the best bang for your buck and there are so many options to choose from.
I love the presentation of the food and they come with big portions. Come here when you're hungry. The combo meat is more than enough for 2 people. We definitely ordered more than we could eat but they allow you to take leftovers home.
I recommend the milk tea here and adding the sauce bar option.
Service is quick and I like the self ordering feature.

Brought our son here for his 10th birthday. Had a party of 7(two children). Atmosphere and ambience were amazing, bright open space. The receptionist was so accommodating and found us 2 tables close together due to the inability to sit more than 4 at a table. The have 6 broth options, endless amounts of meats that were great quality. We got the hot pot and grill special, the ribeye was a great cut, the kalbi rib was amazing. The produce and seafood options available are high quality and presented well. The staff is always on point, attentive and thorough. Quick to remove plates that have been finished, offering more broth, and just ensuring we’re doing well. Our youngest ate fried chicken wings, corn, broccoli. They have a ton of kid friendly options and a discounted price for children. The crab legs were perfectly done, not salty and tough. Grateful for our waitress who brought out ice cream for our kids. Overall the food was amazing, tasty, and delicious. The staff and atmosphere both bright and friendly. Will be coming back!!!

This was insanely good hot pot and for a decent price. The pork bone broth and mushroom broth were some of the better ones I've had and the sides and sauce bar is very good as well. Will definitely be back to this place.

The most place I want to go for years in Seattle! Chengdu Memory doesn’t let me down.
We ordered the medium beef oil soup base and golden chicken soup base. The hotpot flavor is close to Sichuan local flavor, the chicken soup is tasty. Highly recommend order the meat combination, bean gluten, beef tongue for spicy soup base; chicken soup is always with veggies and different ermicellis.
Do not forget to order ice jelly and snow yogurt ice for desert. Good looking and delicious.
Service is excellent! They prepare the hair ties，apron for customers. Definitely gonna come back.
I really like their hot pot soup base, it's very tasty. The marinated meats were also tender and juicy. Overall the experience was great and I will definitely be back again!
