Everything is halal in the restaurant.
The only halal hot pot in Bay Area
There is prayer area inside for brothers and sisters .
Delicious food, fast service! Nicely decorated restaurant. This time I tried Lamb Kebab, Big Plate Chicken and Laghman. I'll definetely come to try hot pot next time!
We saw the big green sign board that says "Halal" while we were driving on the freeway and told my husband that we should check it out. We came back the next day with 2 of our friends to try it out.
This place is huge and able to accommodate big groups. They have seatings inside and outside the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant, we were asked if we wanted hot pot or cooked foods. We chose hot pot. We were given the option to have individual hotpot or shared hotpot. We chose individual as that meant we could have our own selection of the soups. I had the Thai hot and spicy soup and it really hit the spot for me.
We were told that the restaurant just opened when we came in. The selection of raw items were pretty good. I was impressed by the drinks selection as well and all the different sauces. Overall I would recommend this place. It is 100% halal, and owned by a Muslim brother.
Firstly , it's not easy to find a halal hotpot place and this is one of it! Overall great food food and service. The restaurant is huge and has a nice wooden chairs and table decor.
It's AYCE hotpot. Each person gets their own personal pot. You get to pick the broth, with selection of 5 soup base to choose from like spicy, peppercorn, original, tomato, fungus and Thai spicy.
The meat selection is selected from the robot on wheels rolling around in the store, you get to pick beef, lamb and chicken. You pick the rest of your veggies, seafood , dessert and drinks form the main section.
Love the soup selection and overall good selection here and would highly recommend this place.

This restaurant offers an authentic taste of Xinjiang! The Lamb Polo Rice, Lamb Kebab, Xinjiang Big Plate Chicken, and Xinjiang Baked Bun (4 pcs) were all full of flavor and utterly satisfying. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for Xinjiang cuisine lovers! Can't wait to go back!
Awesome food and friendly staff. They've individual hotspots and shared ones as well. Ample parking. We'll go back
The taste of handmade ramen is very authentic, and the mutton kebab is also good, but the price is a little expensive. The baked steamed stuffed buns taste OK, but they are not very crisp. We had the best ramen in the Bay Area.Highly recommended.
The food was delicious!!! I love that the meat is clean and halal. These guys are running a great restaurant. I will come back again. A true 10 out of 10.
I've only been here for the Uyghur food, and not the hotpot. I want to say that I hope these guys stick around, and that their business model of combining both Uyghur food with hot pot, will allow them to outlast however long other Uyghur restaurants have lasted in the Bay Area (RIP Eden Silk Road, and Arzu...). The lamb shank polo is amazing. I appreciate how they have this full authentic entree, but also the lamb polo, non-shank version, as a budget option as well. By default food is pretty spicy, but give them a special request, I think they do a pretty good job meeting what you want. Love the pearl noodles, they're straight fire!
You will not find a better Xinjiang Cuisine restaurant in the Bay. The food is excellent, the service is phenomenal and the atmosphere is lovely. I have been here four times in two weeks since I learned about this place.
They are newly open, understandably the menu is condensed and few options; however: their food is really amazing and authentic! A true delight and great choice if you want to have good & easy Xinjiang cuisine!
We tried the Xinjiang Big plate Chicken, and the Lamb rice; it’s the reallll deal! Very well made to how we love it! They even got raisins in the lamb chop rice , which is, hello, sign for being really authentic!
The service team is so nice and friendly: we got there around 3 after a hike, which is very much late to lunch time & they are cleaning up, however, they still sit us down with a lot of smiles & kept checking back if we need anything! We appreciated it a lot!
Ample parking spots, no need to worry about finding a spot!
I had an incredible experience at Halal Street Hot Pot & Xinjiang Cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious, and the warm welcome I received at the door with a genuine smile made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
In addition to their delightful food and warm hospitality, one thing that truly stood out at Halal Street Hot Pot & Xinjiang Cuisine was their unique bread. The aroma and taste of this traditional bread were simply outstanding. Freshly baked and served with the main dishes, it added an extra layer of authenticity to the dining experience.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
