My parents (from Taiwan) and I totally love the Taiwanese beef noodle soup and gua bao!
The beef was really tender and the broth was so rich and flavorful. The snow desserts are fantastic too.
The manager was super kind to us and my 3 year old!

Facing East is one of the best places for Taiwanese cuisine. Every dish is full of flavor, while the restaurant maintains a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The ingredients are fresh, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the overall dining experience is consistently excellent. If you’re looking for authentic Taiwanese comfort food in the Seattle area, Facing East is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!
The pork belly is always super tender! Definitely a lot of fat like another reviewer said, but for me that's a plus.
Decent Taiwanese food. Also liked their shaved mongo ice.
Walking distance from my workplace. I like this place to grab something to go... Or having a quick bite with officemate. Service is quick.. even during lunch time.. I found that using app and order to go is also quick. My favorite is the pork belly bento box.. got mix tofu and veggies.
Overall clean place to eat and service is quick. Reasonable prices.
Amazing food and cheap!
An authentic Taiwanese restaurant. Ordered using the tablet, got seat and they brought the dishes to the table. Clean up after yourself too. Pork bao was excellent. BBQ pork combo was good. To go containers were available for leftovers. Good serving size and reasonable prices.

One of my go-to’s when I’m craving some authentic Taiwanese food. Today I had the beef noodle soup, which was delicious and had the perfect amount of spice to warm me up on this cozy rainy day. I also love their variety of bevs! Especially their Taiwanese milk tea (:

We got three dishes. Pork chop bento, crispy chicken bento and a small beef noodle. Food was overall pretty flavorful.

One of my favorite Taiwanese spots in the area! The food here is always flavorful and authentic. Everything we ordered came out fresh and well seasoned. The popcorn chicken and beef noodle soup are must-tries — super tasty and comforting.
The restaurant itself is pretty small and can get busy, but the food definitely makes it worth the wait. Service is quick and the staff are friendly. If you’re craving Taiwanese comfort food, this place is a great choice.
