I found this restaurant on yelp, so I decided to stop in for a to go order.  The cashier was very nice and the food was brought out so quickly.  I did not expect so much food, I got the house special fried rice and egg rolls.  This was the best rice ever and the shrimp were so big.  The egg rolls were so much bigger then any other restaurant I had gone to.   I definitely will be back to try other items on the menu, the prices were very good as well.  The amount of food you get for the money is amazing.

This place is awesome. The food and service are excellent! I highly recommend for dinning in or deliver/takeout--top notch.

The food here is soooo bomb!!!! If you're looking for a Chinese restaurant in the area I HIGHLY recommend this one!! If you have a delivery fee .. pay it ! It's worth it :)

This place is amazing food delicious and the delivery fast and they are very generous they give me free desert on one large order without asking the lady told me I appreciate your order and we going to add desert for free.

We were told this place was very good.  We have since eaten there and had food delivered twice.  The food has always been great.  The prices are very reasonable.  The food is really well seasoned and hot, even with the long delivery time to our house.  The restaurant staff and delivery driver are all very nice.  This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in far NW Houston.

Great food and great service!!   I highly recommend the House Special Lo Mein!  If you like hot and spicy, I suggest Kung Pao and Mongolian Trio.

Love, love, love this place. I don't eat here too often (maybe every 2 months) but when I do place an order, it's always ready when I get there (10 min or less) and the staff are always so nice and friendly. The food is great - I have not tasted everything on the menu but my favorite is the shrimp fried rice, egg drop soup, egg rolls and orange chicken. My kids love the shrimp fried rice too - big jumbo shrimp cooked t perfection.

I referred a friend and her family here and they loved it too.

The service was fast, efficient and friendly. The food came out as ordered and was served fresh. I ordered the house lo mein which tasted great and was full of the meats and veggies. No skimping on the good stuff here. My boyfriend ordered the chicken fried rice and it was piled high and fully of more than just rice. We shared an order of crab puffs and they were awesome as well. No bad things to say here. We finally found a great chinese restaurant in Texas. They also deliver and have great lunch specials. We will be back!

This is a great place to get takeout. It also has a drive thru you can't beat that. Their fried rice is a little oily but it's fresh and tasty. Their spice level is perfect and they also give you extra spice so you can adjust if you ask for it. The customer service is good and the food is out quickly. They have plenty of parking for pick up and dine in.

Always my favorite Chinese food in the area. Always delicious and super fast service.

Love this place sooo much! The employees here are so sweet. They are the nicest friendliest people I've met! I love coming to this place. I've only ordered take out but they also deliver all day. They have good Chinese food unlike other Chinese places where all their food is bland.
I called in my order and they have a drive thru where you can pick up your food so you don't have to go in. I ordered combination Y which comes with an egg roll, shrimp fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and your choice of soup for $10.95.
This really fills you up and very tasty!
The shrimp fried rice is really flavorful and has big shrimp.
Their sweet and soup chicken is nice and crispy
Their egg drop soup is not bland at all.
The egg roll filling is really good. The cabbage is crisp inside the egg roll! I could always rely on this Chinese place when I want take out!

Second time here in less than 2 weeks. Here at 6pm on a Friday and it's packed. I'm glad to see this local non-chain restaurant getting business when so many chain restaurants give mediocre service and generic chicken finger food. If you visit this local Chinese dive you will be a regular pretty quick.
6th time here, drive-thru. Very happy with fast window service. My order was repeated back to me, which is a sign of good service. As we were leaving, we saw our neighbor walking along the street and told her we were going to Taste of China. She said she loved the place, too. We agree Maria.

The lady at the front (cash register) is really nice. She told me all about the history of the restuarant and even shared demographics. She talked so much though and I kind of wanted her to stop already (lol) but she was very nice. We ordered to go and the food came out quickly. We ordered shrimp fried rice, chicken and broccoli and an order of chicken lo mein. I paid about $30 for all that food (not bad). What's even better is that the food is really good! When we got home and opened up the serving trays we were amused by the amount of food. The shrimp fried rice order was good enough for like 4 maybe 5 people. The chicken lo mein for about 3-4 people and the same for the chicken and broccoli. The taste of all was on point. I didn't like the green pepper in the chicken lo mein as much but others felt it was good with it. All in all, this is definitely a must everytime I'm in the Spring side of town when I visit Mod F/X.
