Introduction of the restaurant:

A legit, unique Chinese restaurant, with food in the Shandong style (山東菜). The most impressive aspect is that I'm able taste the "wok breath" in their dishes, which the sign of a great Chinese restaurant and an experienced chef. Their signature dish is "Salt Water Tofu" of various type, which is very unique. They are made from soy milk that they make into fresh tofu on premise, and turned into a soup dish. It's not pretty to look at, but tastes amazing. There's enough excellence and uniqueness in their dishes that would bring me back.

白石的CCTV珍味轩，名字好有创意，CCTV=China，Canada，Tsingtao，Vancouver；老板山东人，白石中餐少，这家算为数不多的中餐中相对还不错的了

招牌菜海水豆腐系列，点了鱼片海水豆腐图，汤很鲜，豆腐很有特色不是普通的滑豆腐，海水豆腐真的值得一尝。
